Our secret is really fairly simple. Peaches will ripen
after picking, but they won't get any sweeter. Their
natural sugar content increases until they're picked,
then stops. So peaches picked green for the stores never
get really sweet. And that's our secret: We don't pick
green peaches. We let nature ripen them on the tree.
