Registration

When you purchase items at walcherorchards.com, you will have the choice to create an account with a login ID (your email address) and a password. You will be able to view previous orders and save multiple shipping addresses for faster checkout. Alternately you can purchase and conduct your transaction without creating an account. You will still need to provide us with your shipping information to assure delivery of your purchases.

Personal Information

When you register or place an order, you will need to enter contact and credit card information on the order form or in the Paypal transaction engine if available for the season or product you choose. This information will be used for billing and shipping purposes only. Walcher Orchards will not sell, share or distribute this information to others. Any personal financial information that is stored on our system (e.g. credit card number) will be encrypted.

Email Communications

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You may opt to receive additional email communication on sales and specials. Walcher Orchards will not send you promotional emails unless you "opt in." For those who opt-in, Walcher Orchards does not send regular newsletters, but may do so in the future, and does occasionally send promotional materials announcing new products or a new season.

Walcher Orchards's online store, powered by OS commerce Software, uses cookies to store information for easy retrieval on future shopping trips. A cookie is a unit of hard data stored on your hard drive that contains information you enter when shopping at walcherorchards.com. It is used to speed up and enhance your shopping experience, so that, for example, you do not need to retype in your name and billing address on future visits. It by no means links personally identifiable information to Walcher Orchards, while you are shopping on our site.

Log Files

Walcher Orchards uses log analyzers and other software to analyze store traffic patterns. These programs do not link to any personally identifiable information.
