Because Walcher Orchards ships fresh fruit that is highly perishable, returns are not accepted under any circumstances. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed, however, with a full refund policy, as follows.
All items purchased online are refundable within 30 days from purchase date if the product is delivered damaged. To help with the claim, please try to document the damage with a photograph, if possible. In case a photograph is not available, please take detailed notes of the delivery date and time and the condition of the package.
Claims for refund must be made by phone within 2 days of receipt, and Walcher Orchards will make good on its shipments, either with a complete refund or a pro-rated share of the damaged product, as may be the case.
- Refund requests: Damage reports and refund requests should be made by calling Walcher Orchards Customer Service (970) 250-5907.
- Credit card purchase: Your original card will be credited within 30 days from your phone call.
- Check purchases: You will receive a refund check to your original shipping address, within 30 days from your phone call.
Notification of Changes
If Walcher Orchards changes it's refund policy, it will publish those changes on its privacy policy page.
